A qualified accountant who holds an MBA, Cormac has over twenty years’ experience in Accounting & Finance, Business Advisory, Corporate Finance and Restructuring.
Cormac previously worked for the Coca Cola Company and Microsoft at both local and international level for over 10 years setting up operations as Financial Controller for Coca Cola in Norway, Finland, Denmark and Switzerland during the early ’90s.
He returned to public practice in 2002 with a focus on audit & business advisory, business valuations and performance management, and company restructuring services for small to medium sized enterprises.
Cormac’s industry experience brings a strong commercial focus and business acumen in dealing with all aspects of our clients business. He has a proven track record in operations, financial management and business strategy.
Cormac heads the Firm’s Insolvency and Corporate recovery team. He holds a Diploma in Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring from the Law Society of Ireland. Cormac also specialises in bank debt restructuring and examinerships with a proven track record in preparing Independent Accountant Reports across a range of sectors.
Cormac is a certified and practising member of the Mediatiors’ Institute of Ireland and is a Personal Insolvency Practitioner. Cormac Mohan is authorised by the Insolvency Service of Ireland to carry on practice as a personal insolvency practitioner.
He has previously been President of his local Chamber of Commerce over a number of years and has recently been elected to his Institute as a council member in 2015.
Cormac Mohan CPA is the newly elected Vice President of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA Ireland). Cormac took office at the Annual General Meeting of Members on April 27th held at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland, 17 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2.

Des is a fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is the Practice Audit Manager. His areas of expertise are providing Audit, management accounting, and tax advisory services to the Firm’s clients. Des qualified at the age of 21 and has over 17 years’ experience in these service areas.
Des’s focus also includes management accounts, systems selection, along with developing funding proposals for clients with Enterprise Ireland.
His main sector expertise is in the food and beverage, retail and energy industries especially in the owner-managed, privately held sector.
He has significant experience in streamlining client reporting and software accounting systems.
