A qualified accountant who holds an MBA, Cormac has over twenty years experience in strategic planning, succession planning, business valuations, corporate finance, grooming businesses for sale and buying & selling businesses. Additionally, Cormac previously worked for the Coca Cola Company and Microsoft at both local and international level.  He returned to public pratice in 2002 with a focus on business advisory, performance management and company reorganisation services for owner managed businesses and small to medium sized enterprises. Cormac’s industry experience brings a strong commercial focus and business acumen in dealing with all aspects of our clients business. He has a proven track record in operations, financial management and business strategy. He has also served as president of a local Chamber of Commerce for three years.

Cormac heads the Firm’s Insolvency and Corporate recovery team. He holds a Diploma in Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring from the Law Society of Ireland. Cormac also specialises in bank debt restructuring.
